Refund policy

We have a 3-day return policy which means you have three days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Any items that are used or improperly handled, or damaged due to improper care will not be eligible to be returned.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@lluisshoesco.com.au. If your return is accepted on the grounds of the wrong product item being delivered or a damaged item that needs replacement, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. In returning the product, you are responsible for the costs associated with shipping fees. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order and contact us immediately within three days upon reception if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of shoe products cannot be returned such as custom special orders or personalized items. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we’ll give you a refund code you so you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too.

The refund amount will be for the cost of product or goods only and not for the shipping or postage charge either sent by us or returned by you. 

Prices and Payment

All prices on the website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable. However, prices will be shown in US dollars for US residents. Prices are subject to change without notice.
