What payment methods are accepted?

We offer a range of convenient payment methods to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible. You can pay for your purchases using your credit card or PayPal. Whatever payment method you choose, rest assured that your transaction will be secure and hassle-free.

Where is my order confirmation?

After placing an order with Lluis Shoes & Co, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout. If you have not received the email, we recommend checking your spam or junk folders. If you still cannot locate the email, please contact us at contact@lluisshoesco.com, providing your name, address, and phone number, and we will be happy to assist you.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We understand that you're excited to receive your shoes, which is why we aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 weeks of your purchase. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to the delivery service selected, but it's approximately 1-2 weeks for Australian orders and approximately 3-4 weeks for international orders.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! We offer shipping worldwide. Please note that delivery costs may vary depending on the country you're shipping to.

Can I track my order?

Yes, all orders delivered within Australia automatically have tracking. For international orders, tracking is included with the standard airmail service. We'll send you your tracking number once your order has been posted.

Can I request alternative shipping arrangements?

Yes, but if alternative shipping arrangements are made, tracking cannot be guaranteed, and Lluis Shoes & Co will not be responsible for the delivery of orders sent internationally.

What happens if I'm not at home when my order arrives?

We're more than happy to leave your order according to your instructions. However, it's your responsibility to ensure the safety of your parcel once it's been delivered. If you choose to have your order left and it goes missing, we can't be held responsible. 

What should I do if my order hasn't arrived?

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact Lluis Shoes & Co at contact@lluisshoesco.com.au for assistance in tracking the order. 

What if I have a problem with my order?

If you have any issues with your order, please don't hesitate to contact us at contact@lluisshoesco.com.au. We're committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will do our best to resolve any problems as quickly as possible. 

What is your return policy if I change my mind about my order?

At Lluis Shoes & Co, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind about your order, please contact us at contact@lluisshoesco.com.au within 3 days of receiving your order. In your email, please include your order number, name, address, and phone number. We will do our best to accommodate your request and assist you with changing your preference. Please note that any shipping costs associated with the return or exchange of your order will be your responsibility.

Do you offer refunds?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or for any other reason. All sales are final. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at contact@lluisshoesco.com.au and we will do everything we can to resolve the issue.
